1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to Rap Song ("we", "us", "our"), the AI Hotel Lobby Song Generator operated by the Rap Song team. If you have questions about this policy, write to us at support@rapsong.co.

2. The information Rap Song collects

To operate the Rap Song service and generate your Hotel Lobby-style duet clips, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

1. Account information — your display name, email address, and any details you provide when you create an account or sign in with a third-party provider.
2. Usage data — the themes you enter, the photos you upload, the generated Hotel Lobby clips, AI render logs, usage frequency, and interaction patterns inside the service. We use this data to improve the Migos AI song flows and Hotel Lobby AI filter quality.
3. Device and browser data — device type, operating system, browser type, approximate region, and general performance telemetry.
4. Cookies and local storage — small items stored on your device to keep you signed in, remember your booth-style selection, and power locale preferences.
5. Payment data — billing details processed by our PCI-compliant payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, and similar). We never store full card numbers, CVV, or magnetic-stripe data on Rap Song servers.

3. How Rap Song uses your information

We use the information above only for these limited purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the **Rap Song AI Hotel Lobby Song Generator (including the Hotel Lobby AI filter, Migos AI song writing engine, vertical 9:16 booth renders, and credit system).
• To process purchases, subscriptions, credit top-ups, and to send transactional confirmations and receipts.
• To send technical notices, security alerts, service-status updates, and replies to support tickets routed through support@rapsong.co.
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, copyright-infringing uploads, and violations of the Rap Song Terms of Service.
• To comply with a legal obligation, court order, or enforceable request from competent public authorities.

4. Lawful basis (GDPR / similar regimes)

Where applicable, we process personal data on the following lawful bases: performance of a contract (to render Rap Song to you), legitimate interests (service improvement and anti-abuse), and consent where required by local law.

5. Data sharing and sub-processors

Rap Song does NOT sell or rent your personal information. We only share data with sub-processors under strict data-processing agreements, and only to the extent necessary to run the service. Our current sub-processor categories include:

• Cloud infrastructure and storage (application hosting, object storage for Hotel Lobby preview renders)
• Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal and Creem, where applicable)
• Email delivery providers (transactional emails sent through Resend)
• AI inference providers (Replicate, Fal, Kie, Gemini, Anthropic, OpenAI, Replicate)
• Analytics / error tracking (when explicitly enabled)

Where data is transferred outside your region, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent adequacy mechanisms.

6. Data retention

• Account and billing and profile: retained while you have an active Rap Song account, plus any legally required retention window.
• Uploaded performer photos and generated Hotel Lobby-style renders: retained until you delete them, plus 7 days for backup; cached preview assets longer forensics logs and longer necessary to fight fraud, or as legally required.
• Payment records: retained for the longer of (a) 7 years after the transaction or (b) the minimum required by tax & consumer-protection laws in the jurisdiction of your billing country.

You can request immediate deletion of any specific render or photo at any time through your account or by emailing support@rapsong.co.

7. Data security

Rap Song uses industry-standard safeguards: encrypted in-transit (TLS 1.3 or newer), at-rest AES-256 encryption for stored personal data, least-privilege access controls, automated threat monitoring. No internet transmission is 100% secure; we continuously review and upgrade these safeguards on a regular basis.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information Rap Song holds about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Request erasure ("right to be forgotten") when processing is no longer necessary.
• Request restriction of processing.
• Request data portability in a machine-readable format where processing is based on consent or contract.
• Object to processing carried out on legitimate interests, where that you have a right relating to automated decision-making, to the extent it exists under local law.

To exercise any of these rights, email **support@rapsong.co with your request from the email address associated with your Rap Song account. We respond within 30 days.

9. Children

Rap Song is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of digital majority in your jurisdiction). we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes a child has uploaded data, notified us at support@rapsong.co and we will delete it without undue delay.

10. International users

If you access Rap Song from outside the country where your data is first stored and processed in facilities operated by our sub-processors. By using the service, you explicitly consent to the transfer of your information to countries that jurisdiction consistent with this policy.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by updating the "updated_at" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by in-app banner or email notification sent to the email on file.
